How to delete your Omniscient account
Omniscient includes an in-app deletion flow so you can permanently remove your account when you no longer want to use the service.
What gets removed
Your profile, current status, connections, saved places, driving trips and weekly totals, push tokens, and profile photo are permanently removed from our systems right away. Routine backups expire within 30 days.
Deletion Steps
- Open the Omniscient app.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the destructive action when prompted.
What Happens Next
After a successful deletion, Omniscient signs you out, clears your data from the phone, and stops live sharing on that device. Your connections will no longer see you.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop being charged, cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.
Need Help?
If you can’t open the app, email support@omniscient.life from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm once it’s done.
